Introduction
A product of the early 80's, computers have been part of my life the whole way through. At around 10 I received my first computer, a hand me down 66mhz system with windows 3.1 that had some star trek game on it as well as math blaster.
What are your interests in this group?
Learning to program, learning to use an arduino to incorporate real-world data into projects for public arts. I'm trying to learn Max/MSP and would love to meld the two. I am also interested in learning Processing which I hear works very well with arduino. I would love to see how a lot of this stuff is done, and how a project works towards completion.

No
Have you soldered before?
Yes, I used to solder for fun, and succesfully soldered a 15 pin modchip on my xbox in the early 2000's.
