Introduction

I've recently built my own CNC router and am learning to use it. I have also been tinkering with arduino and MSP430 learning how embedded programming works. I like to develop database driven web applications and enjoy computer security.

What are your interests in this group?

I like making things and being creative.

Have you programmed an Arduino before?

Yes. I've been to the Metrix: Create Space arduino class and programmed a time locking box as well as helped my dad on a rotating antenna which takes signal strength readings.

Have you soldered before?

Yes. lots. I built a freeduino and have been sodlering wires for years.

BTW, I have all the parts for a "shoot-fire-into-the-air" (ruben's tube) contraption that I still haven't built.. we should get together one of these weekends and make it happen.
