Maker of old; been making microprocessor and embedded stuff since the 70s. Old world c programmer, assembly programmer across many platforms; Awesome soldering skills. Love things NIXIE and blinkenlights.
What are your interests in this group?
Programming, hardware (electronics), mechanical stuff, restoring old computers, teaching, learning. Looking for find others with similar interests and looking to be more social.
Have you programmed an Arduino before?
A bit, my main experience is with MicroChip PICs, I do have an Arduino in my kit.
Have you soldered before?
Yes, master solderer, been soldering for > 40 years, was certified in soldering when I contracted to the military in the late 70s as a computer maintenance tech.
